Shipping Rates and Zones
We use TFM couriers within the UAE.
The time of day we receive your order will affect when you receive it. In most cases, especially within Dubai, you will receive your order within a day of despatch. Most orders are received 2 WORKING DAYS POST ORDERING.
You will receive a phone call or text message from TFM to arrange delivery at a date and location of your choosing. Please be sure to answer these calls to ensure fast delivery of your order.
Please note if you live in ABU DHABI there are many areas that are NOT serviced daily such as Al Raha. If you require something urgently it is advisable to contact us first. Most GCC countries will receive their orders in approximately 3 days.
For orders outside the UAE we use DHL couriers. Approximate delivery times range from 4-5 days depending on location.
Please note that international orders may be subject to CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES in the destination country. This is something over which we have no control and is PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER upon receipt of goods

Please note for UAE orders we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package following day. If your request is urgent we advise that you contact us.
We do not make a profit from courier charges and in most cases we subsidise these charges.
Prices quoted are for packages up to 500g.
Exchange and Refund Policy
At 2birds we endeavour to always choose items that are of good quality and not mass produced. As a result you may find that certain items may have small 'imperfections' - these are all part of the product and are what make them individual. Many of our items are hand made, hand dyed or hand finished so please always follow the care instructions specific to your purchase. If a product has a fault or defect, you may return the undamaged item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, postage not included.
We want you to be happy with your 2birds purchase. We are happy to either refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned to us unused and unworn in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.
To refund or exchange an item please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible upon receipt of goods.
It is the customers responsibility to return any items for refund or exchange.
